We want you to love your Wildjolie pieces.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a Wildjolie store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) returned.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your eligible piece for store credit and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wildjoliejewelry.com. We'll make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
